The last workshop of The Arabian Spring was   Arabian cuisine –general – .

There is no Arabian workshop without Humus ! I gave a lot of workshops with different kind of humus. This time was humus of pumpkin…

 

Lahm bi ajin / sfiha / mini lahmacun was delicious & easy appetizer !

 

Namoura / BasBoussa, semolina cake with orange blossom water.

It is rich and dense, semolina crumbling under the tongue, yet chewy and sweet, soaked in sticky flower syrup, pure pleasure.
