EASTER BRUNCH / EERSEL 06 April 2017

I love to host brunch specially for easter; there are lots of simple, colourful options to cook and prepare a night before then I can enjoy the brunch with my family and friends. That is why my Easter Brunch workshops are populair.

Seeing similing, well know faces is always a comfort and a motivation on my side.

After explaining receipes and we made up our planning/timing, three groups started.

Eggs are of course the star of the show. We spent 60 eggs for Truffled deviled eggs with crème fraiche and baked Schotch eggs !

A stunning main course for our brunch was Smörgåstårta…It’s a Swedish Sandwich Cake with layers that are made up of various bread, with fillings of vegetables, seafood and savory cream cheese.

Each group showed their artistic side and decorate their sandwich cake in whatever way they liked.

I absolutely love the flavors of tahini & walnut. It’s baked inside a crescent roll with velvety, smooth white chocolate ganache. It’s super quick and comes together in less than 30 minutes.

Everyone will rave about these rolls, I promise you!
