THAI CUISINE / EXOTIC ASIA – 03 Oct 2016

An other Asian workshops was done with many great recipes.
We started with Thai cuisine this year. Thai cuisine is one of the most popular cuisines in the world.

Five fundamental taste senses are in each dish or the overall meal; sour, sweet, salty, bitter and spicy.

No blenders or electrical kitchen machines are allouwed during my workshops ! only the mortars… you smell the pure fresh ingredients…

Experienc the common cooking methods like stir frying, steaming and deep frying.
Dessert from Tapioca pearls were very light and colourful.
