I born and grew up in Istanbul…my beautiful multicultural city…mix of cultures, religions and of course cuisines.

 

Food & cooking are always love of my life; eating seasonally and sharing meals with my love ones. I see myself as a lucky generation who had seen freshly made and baked boreks, homemade tomatoes pure, big family tables with full of food for feasts .

 

My grandmother was an important person who made those things came true. I follow her footprints with proud…

 

I live last 20 years a bit here, a bit there but mostly in Holland. I had chance to spent more time to cooking and bio- gardening. Our country life style motivates me more to seek and learn.

 

My background and life experience brought my cooking hobby to a new level.

Since 2011 I give cooking workshops….meeting with people and sharing my experiances…What can I ask more !

Turkish, Middle East kitchens are my favorites….next to traditional recepies, always open the new, fusion combinations … I practice also new cuisines, like Asian food….It takes me out of my comfort zone… my seek stops never!
