I gave 3 mini workshops for the clients of van den HURK last saturday.

Van den HURK is a beautiful shop who sells high end kitchen/cooking products. If you are in Eersel I strongly advice to visit the shop and meet the lovely ladies of van den HURK.

We started as a first workshop with vegetarian lentil kofta’s .

It followed by 3 kinds of Hummus; chickpea, pumpkin and beetroot hummus.

Third workshop was a Vietnamese spring rolls.

 

All 3 workshops were  pretty full! Every participant left to home with  full stomach and brought left overs to family members.
